Meet & Greet

We do not charge for waiting time at Zurich Airport or any designated pickup locations in Zurich.
Thanks to our flight tracking system, we are informed of any delays and ensure your driver is there when you land. No extra fees are charged for flight-related delays.
Our Meet & Greet service ensures your chauffeur will be waiting for you at the arrivals area with a name sign. We also offer real-time flight monitoring, so we adjust to delays and ensure on-time pickup without extra charges.

Booking & Payment

Yes, we accommodate group transfers and corporate contracts. Please contact us at info@suisseline.ch for customized arrangements.
Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled transfer are eligible for a full refund. For cancellations made within 24 hours of the transfer time, a partial refund may apply due to short-notice administrative costs.

Unfortunately, instant ride requests are not available. We kindly ask that you plan your transfers ahead of time.
All bookings must be made at least 2 hours prior to your desired pick-up time. We currently do not accommodate last-minute or immediate ride requests.

Chauffeurs & Service Standards

Yes, we offer hourly VIP chauffeur services, up to 8 hours per day. The standard includes 25 km of travel per hour, with the option to extend at an additional charge per 25 km.
Our chauffeurs are fluent in English and German. For other language requirements, please contact us in advance.
All Suisse Line chauffeurs are licensed professionals, dressed in formal attire, and trained to deliver discreet, punctual, and premium service.

Service Coverage & Destinations

Yes, we provide child seats, infant seats, and ski bags free of charge, based on vehicle capacity. Simply request them during the booking process.
Yes. We provide transfers from Zurich Airport to all major tourist regions throughout Switzerland. However, please note that guided tours are not part of our service offering.
No. Our services are limited to departures from Zurich Airport only. We do not offer pickups from other locations such as Basel or Geneva.
