Suisse Lines provides premium ground transportation services including:

- Point-to-point transportation within Switzerland and neighboring countries
- Hourly chauffeur services

All services are provided using professionally maintained vehicles operated by licensed, experienced chauffeurs. Service availability may vary based on location, time, and demand.
We strive to provide reliable, punctual, and comfortable transportation but cannot guarantee specific travel times due to factors beyond our control such as traffic, weather, or road conditions.
Booking and Reservations
Bookings can be made through our website, mobile application, or by contacting our customer service team directly. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Suisse Lines.
When making a booking, you must provide accurate and complete information including:
- Passenger contact details
- Pickup and drop-off locations
- Date and time requirements
- Number of passengers and luggage
- Any special requirements or requests
Bookings are considered confirmed only when you receive a confirmation email or SMS from us. We recommend booking in advance, especially during peak seasons or for special events.

Payment Terms
Payment for services must be made at the time of booking unless alternative arrangements have been agreed upon in writing. We accept major credit cards, bank transfers, and other payment methods as specified on our website.

Cancellation and Refunds

- Cancellations more than 24 hours before pickup: Full refund minus 5% administrative fee
- Cancellations 12-24 hours before pickup: 75% refund
- Cancellations 6-12 hours before pickup: 50% refund
- Cancellations 2-6 hours before pickup: 25% refund
- Cancellations less than 2 hours before pickup: No refund
No-shows and cancellations due to passenger error or misconduct are not eligible for refunds. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Passenger Responsibilities
As a passenger, you agree to:
- Be ready at the designated pickup location at the scheduled time
- Provide accurate contact information and be reachable by phone
- Inform us of any changes to your requirements as soon as possible
- Treat our chauffeurs and vehicles with respect
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
- Not engage in illegal activities or inappropriate behavior
- Not consume alcohol or use illegal substances in our vehicles
- Ensure children are properly supervised and use appropriate safety equipment
You are liable for any damage to our vehicles caused by your actions or negligence. Smoking is strictly prohibited in all vehicles.
Vehicle and Service Standards
Our vehicles are professionally maintained and regularly inspected to ensure safety and comfort. All chauffeurs are licensed, insured, and undergo background checks and professional training.
While we strive to provide the specific vehicle type requested, we reserve the right to substitute with a vehicle of equal or higher standard if necessary. Vehicle capacity limits must be strictly observed for safety reasons.
We provide complimentary amenities such as bottled water and Wi-Fi where available. Special requests for additional amenities should be made at the time of booking and may incur additional charges.
Liability and Insurance
Suisse Lines maintains comprehensive commercial insurance covering our vehicles and operations. However, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
We are not liable for:
- Delays caused by traffic, weather, or circumstances beyond our control
- Loss or damage to personal belongings left in vehicles
- Indirect, consequential, or punitive damages
- Missed flights, appointments, or connections due to delays
Passengers are advised to maintain their own travel insurance. Our maximum liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.
Force Majeure
Suisse Lines shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- Natural disasters, severe weather conditions
- Government actions, regulations, or travel restrictions
- Labor strikes or disputes
- Infrastructure failures or road closures
- Acts of terrorism or civil unrest
- Pandemic or health emergencies
In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to provide alternative arrangements or reschedule services. If service cannot be provided, we will offer a full refund or credit for future use.
Privacy and Data Protection
We are committed to protecting your privacy and personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the Swiss Federal Data Protection Act and GDPR where applicable.
